Delicious Food at the Russell Young Farm

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served daily between 8:00-9:00 AM. When you enter the Gathering Room in the morning you’ll find the side board arrayed with fresh fruit, milk, juice, yogurt, and homemade granola. Fresh brewed coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available 24/7 from the Keurig machine. For WeekDay Breakfasts, we feature an expanded selection of self service items and baked goods on the side board, but on WeekEnds, we feature a main breakfast entrée, such as Oven-Baked Croissant French Toast, Buttermilk Cinnamon-Blueberry Pancakes, Russell Young Farm Frittata, or Eggs in a Cloud. Weekend or Weekday, you’ll definitely start your day with a full tank.


AFTERNOON SNACKS

In the afternoon, and throughout the day, the sideboard in the Gathering Room offers fruit and homemade snacks such as Coconut Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies, Maple Scones, mini Cupcakes, or some other confectionary delight.
