Policies:
Foliage Season Policies: Beginning September 14 through October 19, 2008 , we do require a two night stay. For Columbus Day Week end, October 10 through October 13, we do require a three night stay. Deposit equivalent to one night's stay accommodations will be required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash and Personal Checks for payment . Reservations may be made from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time seven days a week, by calling us toll free at 877-896-7026, or if you prefer, you may e-mail your request to relax@russellyoungfarm.com . There will be no refunds for reservations cancelled less than 14 days from the day of booking unless the rooms can be rebooked. Guests may check-in any time between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, however special arrangements may be made for late arrivals. Sadly, we must say good bye to you on your check-out day no later than 11:00 AM. |

Although Kasey, our Yellow Lab and Angus our Standard Poodle are in residence, we regret that we cannot accept pets. We do welcome children over the age of nine. We have an Handicapped Accessible Guest room on the first floor. The Russell Young Farm is a smoke-Free Bed and Breakfast. |
