Policies:
Foliage Season Policies: Beginning September 18 through October 18, 2009 , we do require a two night stay. For Columbus Day Week end, October 9 through October 12, we do require a three night stay. Deposit equivalent to one night's stay accommodations will be required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash and Personal Checks for payment . Reservations may be made from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time seven days a week, by calling us toll free at 877-896-7026, or if you prefer, you may e-mail your request to relax@russellyoungfarm.com . There will be no refunds for reservations canceled less than 14 days from the day of booking, 30 days for Foliage Season, holiday week-ends, and college graduations, unless the rooms can be re-booked. Guests may check-in any time between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, however special arrangements may be made for late arrivals. Sadly, we must say good bye to you on your check-out day no later than 11:00 AM. |

Kasey, our Yellow Lab and Angus our Standard Poodle are in residence at our house, and because they are sometimes loose, we regret that we cannot accept pets. They only visit our guests at the B&B by request. Children are welcome 9 years of age or older. Talk to us concerning young children We have an Handicapped Accessible Guest room on the first floor. The Russell Young Bed and Breakfast is a smoke-Free Bed and Breakfast. |
