Make reservations online! Shalmansir Room The Shalmansir room is located on the first floor and is ideal for the guest that may have trouble with stairs. The Shal Room comes with twin beds,  This room and the entire first floor guest area is ADA compliant and  accessible. The room offers a fully accessible bathroom which includes a shower with support grab bars,accessibility for a wheel chair and it's own emergency exit. The room is accessible to the entire first floor guest area which includes the Front Porch, Foyer, the Great Room and Dining area. In addition, this guest room has it's own private emergency exit. There would be an additional charge if we put a cot in for a third person. Check room availability Reuben and Pepper Rooms The Rueben room (on the left) and the Pepper Room (on the right) are located on the second floor, at the top of the main stairway adjacent to the sunroom.  These rooms have access to a rear stairway which leads to the parking area, and hot tub.  Both rooms have queen size beds. Check room availability Great Room The Great Room is situated on the first floor on the north east side of the house, and offers unobstructed views of the Green Mountains. The Great Room provides a large stone fireplace. This is our most versatile room as it provides the guests with four of the most relaxing past-times available: Reading, enjoying the spectacular view, quiet conversation, or just sitting back and enjoying the  fire. The Great Room is completely Handicapped Accessible. Sunroom The Sunroom is located on the second floor facing south. This room definitely is the sunniest and warmest area of the house. The Sun Room is directly outside the two upstairs guest rooms. Here you can sit back, put your feet up with the warm Vermont sun, and enjoy a great book, or just sit back relax, and view the farm's scenery. The Porch Although not an official room, our front porch tends to be the gathering spot of most guests, weather permitting, as they can sit under a covered roof, and enjoy the sounds of nature, while viewing the Green Mountains, with horses and the pond in the foreground. At the request of our guests, we do not have a television in our common space. This enables our guests the opportunity to use the Great Room and Sunroom to relax, read, view the picturesque scenery, or just enjoy the solitude of the Bed and Breakfast. Televisions are available in each guest room.
